You are also eligible for our ZERO Downtime Guarantee which means you will not spend a day without your machine during your Warranty period. In the unlikely event of equipment malfunction during the Warranty period, Tennis Partner Pte Ltd will conduct any necessary repairs at no cost to you.
Please note that the Warranty of some components expires prior to the 3 year period:
· Battery: 6 months Warranty
· Accessories: 1 year Warranty
· Control panel and sensors: 2 year Warranty
· All other components: 3 year Warranty
Coverage with a 2 year Manufacturer’s Warranty:
In the unlikely event of an equipment malfunction during the 2 year Manufacturer's Warranty period you have the option to:
1. Contact the manufacturer (Lobster Sports) who will help you diagnose the problem and send you the parts (freight for parts is chargeable) for you to repair/install.
2. Contact Tennis Partner Pte Ltd who can diagnose and repair your machine. The Warranty part will be provided free but freight and/or labour will be chargeable. If you wish to install the part yourself then only freight is chargeable.
